We are looking for a receptionist plus junior account clerk to join our friendly and fast-paced team in Altona North. Experience is required but not essential.The ideal candidate will have the following :Being a receptionist:-Good English speaking and listening skills, great customer and communication skills.-Know professional phone manner and how to deal with issue over the phone with customers.-Know how to pass on message to manager and follow it up - Allocate mails-Work priority allocation-Other admin such as parcel typingBeing an assistant account clerk:- Have a knowledge of how debit and credit work- Have experienced with MYOB, invoicing, data entry and general ledge posting.- Dairy expense input and weekly account reconciliation- Use professional manner to liaise with external parties, including banker, accountant and even broker in regards to GST, financial reporting and quotation.
