The Graduate IT Support will be responsible for providing entry level troubleshooting and fault resolution/escalation to our clients, as well as providing support in installing and maintaining computer hardware, software, and networks.The successful candidate will be supported and mentored by our highly skilled engineers, and offered an opportunity to further develop their technical skills and abilities.The successful applicant must be able to learn quickly, adapt easily to new concepts, and be able to follow processes and procedures.Desirable Attributes
