Customer Service Manager
A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen in a customer service manager role to join our fast paced environment and results-driven printing team.
Duties and responsibilities will be included but not be limited to:
Developing and revising policies, programs and procedures relating to customer relations and goods and services provided;
Enhance customer services for operational efficiency within the entire organisation;
Managing all customer relations, making the strategic plans based on the business operations and industry research;
Managing all customer services programmes covering all operations within the company;
Motivating and training staff for optimum customer service delivery;
Planning and implementing after-sales services to follow up customer satisfaction ensure performance of goods purchase, and modify and improve services provided;
Responding to complex inquiries regarding after-sales services in a timely manner;
Liaising with colleagues and business partners and customers to identify and satisfy customers’ requirements;
Working with leaders to facilitate the development of the accountability
action chain for the purpose of understanding the customer loyalty;
Understanding organisation’s products and services, and updating with the changes.
To be successful in this role it is assumed you will have:
Bachelor Degree in Business, Management or related majors, MBA is
preferred;
Having at least five year of working experience in customer services and
sales after services for online products sales;
Strong attention to detail and time management;
Fluent in English and Chinese both verbal and written;
Have strong team skills and service oriented attitude;
Advanced Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel & Outlook)
