【Key responsibilities/主要职责】
-Data analysis and operation performance tracking
-Production support with daily activities
-Assist with new product introduction
-Implementation of new tooling and projects
-Identify & solve problems and successfully implement solutions
-Production tool and resource management
-Create and modify SOP’s, PLIs, and Work Instructions
-Train factory employees on new processes
【Requirements/应聘要求】
-Degree qualified in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electrical Engineering (preferred）
-Ability to complete multitask and prioritize workload with constant changes
-Strong communication skills and decision-making skills
-Strong logical thinking
-Intermediate/advanced level user in Microsoft Office suite
-Willing to be hands-on
-Strong KPI driving
-Able to work autonomously and use initiative
-Able to work in a team and office environment with project deadlines
-Speak English and Mandarin(preferred）
【The Opportunity/机遇】
This role will see the successful candidate managing production daily activities, assisting with new process implementation, and engaging with operation optimization projects.
