Provide the administrative and secretarial support to the businessGreet visitors to the office and answer inbound callsOversee administrative functions such as diary management, travel itinerary, work scheduling, and event co-ordination Maintain efficient and effective administrative systems and procedures to ensure an excellent standard of administrative and customer serviceexpore potential customersRole RequirementsThe ideal candidate for this role will be highly organised with exceptional attention to detail. Well-developed communication skills and an excellent customer service mannar is also essential to the success of this role.
