Administration Officer

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a high level of administrative, project and secretarial support to the business
  • Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external stakeholders
  • Greet visitors to the office and answer inbound calls
  • Oversee administrative functions such as diary management, travel itinerary, work scheduling, event co-ordination and fleet management
  • Maintain efficient and effective administrative systems and procedures to ensure an excellent standard of administrative and customer service
  • Manage the function of stationary orders for the business
  • Assist with the administration of contractual obligations such as office equipment, vehicles and facilitiesRole RequirementsThe ideal candidate for this role will be highly organised with exceptional attention to detail. Well-developed communication skills and an excellent customer service are also essential to the success of this role.
