Successful Internet service provider located in south eastern suburb seeking friendly, skilled entry level technical support person in assist expanding business. This is an entry level role working in a shift environment where you will have opportunity to learn and utilise your networking and technical support skills within an energetic team in well-established and exciting organisation. You duties will include but are not limited to:・Working at frontline to troubleshoot client’s Internet connectivity issues including email, cabling, and Internet connections
Excellent problem solving skills・Email and network setup for new and existing users・Logging all support requests and calls from both staff and clients in the in house system・Follow up on outstanding support requests and escalate to senior engineer when necessary・Research and delivery of advice to management to improve operating systems and procedures・Liaison with external stakeholder to organise work tasks around goalsThe ability to multitasking and work effectively under pressureYou must be able to demonstrate technical knowledge preferably with experience in an IT support environment. You should have solid knowledge of general Internet products and services.We are looking for candidate who is polite, eager, and has the ability to see a task through to completion.
